Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale women’s basketball team delivered a competitive performance but came up short in a 68-62 conference loss to the Passaic County Community College Panthers. Sophomore guard Jocelyn Jackson led the Jersey Blues’ scoring effort with 15 points, finding her rhythm early and keeping Brookdale within striking distance throughout the game. Freshman guard Leomary Diaz-Merino added 14 points and sparked the defense with four steals.
